Terms of Use  by Subscribers of  FinGlobe Inc. sites as of  February 10, 2007

The following are rules that govern the use of the FinGlobe.com sites as subscribers (the "Service")

1.  Data and information relating to companies or their stocks or otherwise (Content) is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes.

2.        FinGlobe Inc. reserves to itself complete editorial freedom over Content and may alter the same from time to time including publishing corrections;

3.  The Site, including without limitation any content, software, and services offered thereon, are the property of FinGlobe.com. It is protected by the copyright and/or other intellectual property laws of the United States and internationally

4.  All product and company names and logos contained within Our web site or the Service are the trade marks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including Us.

5  You  ( the subscriber company and/or  individuals who are assigned to use the Site)  hereby authorized solely to view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your internal use. Redistribution of the contents, analyses, and data or any part thereof requires FinGlobe’s prior written approval.

6  THE CONTENTS, ANALYSES, AND DATA ARE PROVIDED " AS IS " WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. FINGLOBE INC. AND ITS STRATEGIC PARTNERS SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DO NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE DATA IN TERMS OF ITS ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CURRENTNESS.

AND ITS STRATEGIC PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF THE SUBSCRIBER'S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE ANALYSES AND DATA. THE USER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTENTS, ANALYSES, AND DATA.\

9  FinGlobe Inc. may cancel all or part of the Service if: (a) the Service becomes the subject of a claim that such service infringes the rights of any third person or that FinGlobe Inc. otherwise does not have the right to permit others to use it; (b) the Service becomes illegal or contrary to any applicable law or regulation; or (c) FinGlobe for any reason discontinues the Service (or part thereof).  If such event occurs, then FinGlobe will refund unused portion of subscription fees received from You.
