Bio:
Viren Mehta is a Director
of Business Development at FinGlobe
Inc. looking after sales in emerging
markets of FinGlobe products and
services.
Prior to joining FinGlobe in 2006,
Viren was Head of Sales and marketing
at the Centre for Monitoring Indian
Economy (CMIE) for the Gujarat region.
CMIE is India's leading business
and economic research enterprise.
In his eight years at CMIE, Viren
was part of the top sales decision
making team at CMIE and served in
many roles in product development/sales.
He established CMIE's Gujarat office
in 1998 and started some of the
company's new ventures. Viren has
worked with Institutions and large
corporations helping them to redefine
their academic and business information
requirements and has provided them
with information solutions.
Before joining CMIE, Viren has worked
as Business Journalist for several
leading Economic and Business newspapers.
Viren holds BCom from L J Institute
of Commerce and currently pursuing
CFA from ICFAI Business School.
Viren lives in Ahmedabad with his
family. |
